Prompt: Too Weak To Move
“Everything had gone according to plan. They had Kacchan back. They’d done their part, the pro heroes could take care of the rest. Except that something was wrong with Kacchan.”
Author’s Note
Hey y'all, this is pretty different from how I usually would have done this, so I hope it works.
Enjoy!

Everything had gone according to plan. They had Kacchan back. They’d done their part, the pro heroes could take care of the rest. Except that something was wrong with Kacchan. He was slumped completely over Eijiro, letting him completely support his weight. Izuku didn’t think he’d ever seen Kacchan lean on anyone before, especially like this.
“What’s wrong with him?” Shoto asked, poking Kacchan cautiously. Kacchan made a small sound of protest, but it was muffled against Eijiro’s shoulder. Eijiro had his arms wrapped around Kacchan, holding him up. He squeezed him reassuringly, and Kacchan hummed contentedly.
“I think he’s just tired,” Eijiro said, his eyes not leaving Kacchan for a second. Izuku had known they cared about each other, but maybe he had underestimated how close they were. Maybe Shoto’s theory that they were dating wasn’t all that implausible, after all.
“We should get him to a doctor,” Tenya said
“I’ll call Mr. Aizawa,” Momo said, pulling out her phone.
“Come on, there’s an urgent care down the street,” Izuku said.
“Can you walk?” Eijiro asked Kacchan, tilting his head downwards. Kacchan shook his head, so Eijiro lifted him off his feet more easily than Izuku would have expected.
“Is he alright?” Aizawa asked, pushing past the door quickly. Kacchan had passed out at some point on the way to urgent care, and he was lying on a hospital bed, hooked up to an IV and with a tube pushed up his nose. Eijiro was sitting on the edge of the bed, and Kacchan had curled towards him in his sleep.
“Yes, sir!” Tenya said, standing up as Tenya entered. “He’s just severely dehydrated and malnourished.”
“They said it doesn’t seem like the League of Villains fed or gave him anything to drink the entire time,” Izuku said, fuming. “He has a moisture quirk, he needs to drink!”
“He should recover from that without too much difficulty.”
“It still isn’t right!” Izuku said angrily. Kacchan stirred, his eyes blinking open reluctantly.
“What’s going on?”
“We’re just at urgent care,” Eijiro told him. “You’re pretty dehydrated.” Kacchan scoffed.
“No shit.”
“If you realized that beforehand, you should have said something before collapsing,” Tenya said, shaking his head disappointedly.
“I wanted to see what happened with the fight. Did All Might win?” Kacchan asked, sitting up slowly, Eijiro’s hands hovering around him.
“All Might fell,” Shoto said, and something unrecognizable flashed across Kacchan’s face. Izuku had never seen Kacchan react to anything like that before, he didn’t know what it meant. All he knew was that All Might had fallen and Kacchan had almost died. Izuku had almost lost everything. Either none of this had gone according to plan in the slightest, or the plan had been flawed from the start.
